A retired Civil Engineer specialising in the Water industry where he was responsible for developing young Engineers to work in challenging contracts. Strong Governance has always been a major part of his work ethos, thereby allowing successful innovative schemes to be delivered.

Neil has always been involved with table tennis, as a player, coach and administrator. He still plays local leagues and has previously represented Derbyshire on many occasions. He is a qualified level 4 coach and currently Secretary of the Chesterfield league.

In 2007, he was the Great Britain Table Tennis Team Manager at the World Student Games in Bangkok, Thailand. This really opened his eyes into how young people in a competitive environment still break down barriers to create lasting friendships.

He sees British Para Table Tennis as an opportunity to bring his skill-set to help and support all the athletes.
